Makers Market 2024

For the second year, we're hosting a Maker’s Market in Vancouver this holiday season. To see why we’re motivated to help rally support around the Farhat family, please check the “Their Story” link in the banner above.

The idea for this event came about from talking to so many people that wanted to help support the Farhat family. We discovered that a lot of our friends had talents for making: greeting cards, bags, decorations, jewelry, baking, and pottery, to name a few types. Last year, we hosted an event as our first attempt to connect the broader community with the creativity of our friends and to support the Farhat family; it ended up being our most successful fundraiser yet.

This year, we’ve (finally, after some twists and turns) confirmed a venue and are hosting another market.

It will be on November 23rd, from 10am-4pm at Fairview Church ( 1708 W 16th Ave, Vancouver, BC V6J 2M1) in the fireside room.

Entry is free, and 100% of sales will go to the Farhat family’s sponsorship. Since we don’t have a point of sale device (like a cash register or square card), payment will be done via cash or Paypal.
